Ahhhh fall. Some of us love you and some of us begrudgingly accept you. Especially here in the North East, fall is BEAUTIFUL, but it also indicates a long, cold, LONG winter ahead. That's the hardest part for many of us.

Along with cozy sweaters, apple cider donuts, time outside in the fresh crisp air, we gathered up our top fall essentials for a season of new beginnings, extra warmth, and a deeper connection with ourselves:

What is fall without a fall candle? Breathe easy with Catskills as it's made with only soy wax, lead-free wicks, and blended with essential oils.

So many candles on the market today are secretly filled with chemicals - unknown to their consumers. I myself am guilty of falling into this trap - I purchased many a candle that rhymes with Path and Wottie Borks or Cankee Yandle back in the day.

However, these and many other candles are made with paraffin wax, a "petroleum waste product that is chemically bleached, which creates highly toxic benzene and toluene (both are known carcinogens) when burned" (

Would rather not.

Catskills is like fall in a jar. Think of being whisked away upstate, leaves crunching under your feet, wearing your favorite flannel in the crisp fall air, pumpkin carving on the agenda, and hot apple cider donuts on their way.

Clean, fresh, woodsy, nostalgic.

Notes of balsam, cedar, sandalwood, and eucalyptus.

To tag along with your fall candle. Traditional lighters contain butane amongst other chemicals that are known to cause cancer and other diseases. Plus, you're left with plastic to discard after use (since they can't be recycled).

Choose from our Mackie, Vahn, or luxuriously long Jonah matches for a more sensual experience that dodges both the chemicals and waste associated with enjoying your favorite fall pastime - lighting a candle and being cozy.

The matchsticks are sourced from strictly controlled FSC-certified woodlands and packaged in textured board that's printed using traditional letterpress.

Couldn't get more homey than that.

I don't think this needs any further explanation. But in case you're still on the fence, here are some reasons we love Hocus Focus:

- it's caffeine without the buzz. Skip the crash and sip a balanced blend of ginseng, yerba maté, and ginko to keep you going all day. Caffeine level = high, anxiety level = low

- made with clean ingredients, by a women-led team focused on supporting you along your wellness journey

- the planet and your body thanks you. Many tea bags are made with plastic or nylon, and sealed with glue and other chemicals. Our tea bags are made with 100% plant fibers, which makes them compostable after use. No waste, no microplastics and chemicals for our bodies. Mystical brew.

Cozy feels but make them productive.

Cleanse unwanted energy going into this new season. There is no more time for anything except the things that align with you mind, body, and soul. This is your time to reset and reorganize your priorities.

Burning sage or palo santo is known to have many benefits - reducing stress being one of them - and it also signals to your body that it's time to relax, this moment is for you, and you're in a safe space.

To clear negative and stagnant energy, light one end of the sage or palo santo and spread it counter clockwise around your space or your heart. Selenite brings grounding and refocused energy. Carry it with you or meditate with it.

We love the Memphis set because it's the perfect beginning to any self care ritual: a meditation, journal sesh, stretch, vision board creation, skincare routine, you name it.

Fall/winter usually brings around the unwanted gift of dry skin. Keep your legs and arms baby soft this year by implementing dry brushing into your fall routine. Use every other or every third shower to slough off dry, dead skin cells, and reveal a glow when you step out.

Made with real cactus bristles, not much pressure is needed, and make sure to use it on your body only - this babe isn't safe for your face. You can use before or while in the shower. Just make sure to always always follow up with a body oil afterwards...

Big, BIG fans of the Omnis oil here. Omnis was actually the first product handpicked to be carried by NEUTRAL LIVING!

Made with cold pressed and refined, organic oils, Omnis deeply hydrates the skin, relieving tightness, dryness, and uneven texture. Using an oil helps to repair the moisture barrier, meaning that your skin will hold onto water longer, maintaining hydration.

Omnis can be used many ways - but using it on slightly damp skin after a shower has to be our favorite. With a scent that's clean yet intriguing, you'll be sure to get loads of compliments on what you're wearing. When worked into your daily routine, it will just become your essence.

You can also use Omnis has a method of aromatherapy. Start by placing a few drops into the palm of your hands, rubbing them together, then taking a deep, intentional breath it.

First of all, it feels SO good to know that there's no chemicals in there, and that it's actually safe to do. And then afterwards, you'll feel your body settle into a relaxed state, reminded of the present moment and the magic yet to come.

So there you have it, our round up of this year's Fall Essentials to bring us the most peaceful, loving, and balanced season yet. Don't forget, you get extra credit for reading the blog! Use code BLOG at checkout to get 10% off your entire order. We recommend snagging a few things from above x
