We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your NEUTRAL LIVING purchase, you have 7 days after delivery to contact info@neutralliving.co and initiate a return so we can refund, exchange, or replace your product as soon as possible. Please always include your email address used at checkout, your order number, and also be sure to take and send photos with your email.
If your shipment is delivered to you in any damaged condition or if you are missing any part of your order, please notify us immediately. Claims made after two days from delivery cannot be honored.
Conditions: Returns are only allowed for products purchased at full price. We cannot accept returns on discounted/sale items, or products that have been used. Please return your items back to us in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed because we cannot process refunds on items that arrive damaged.
Upon receiving, we will inspect and process your order to ensure products are in new, unused condition. Once these criteria are met, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, your funds will appear in your account 3-7 business days after it is processed.
There is a flat $5.00 restocking fee for each returned order.
Orders placed with gift cards may be returned for store credit only.
Shipping and Handling. We do not refund return shipping or handling fees because we are a small, growing business. You are responsible for all shipping costs at this time.
