We ship throughout the US, including to Alaska and Hawaii using the USPS and UPS. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed! Some shipments including products from the Gut Lab, Native Atlas, and Brooklyn Candle occur Monday - Wednesday. For example, if you order on a Thursday, your order will be processed and shipped the following Monday. This policy prevents the possibility of your candle or potion sitting on a delivery truck over the weekend in hot temperatures for an extended period of time.

Shipping Time. Once it leaves our hands, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on location. Please note that USPS and UPS are also experiencing delays with delivery. We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories may take longer. We are currently unable to ship internationally.

Note: Shipping and delivery dates are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages because we are a small, growing business.

Another note: Our candles are made of natural wax and shouldn’t be left at hot temperatures for an extended period of time (i.e. on a porch or in a mailbox.). Keep an eye on your shipping notifications to ensure you get to your package within a reasonable time.
